EU should prepare an "exclusion act"

what EU should be doing is preparing an exclusion act for Greece and any other potential country that fails to comply with this act. printing more money and laundry it through ECB or IMF or whatever "reserve" bank is just building up more debt, digging EU dipper into the hole, and pulling the cat by its tail.
it seems to me that the governments are doing these things to make the future crisis so much worse - to an extent where people will either starve or a new war will brake out. and that's exactly what happens when people starve...
