trade balance is NOT a data that should even be looked at! this is econ 101 - FORGET the trade balance even exist. it is just a combination of numbers that does not represent anything at all.

what you should look at, however, are the 2 things it is composed of - exports and imports! forget the relevance of one to the other - look at each one INDIVIDUALLY!!!

example:  10-8=2... and 110-108 also equals 2! get it?... 2 is the balance. but how is one "2" relative to the other "2"?... it's not, that how
